Thanks for treating me like I was your only patient

Dear Dr. Bucky,

I don’t know how to begin to thank you for all you have done for me. You took on my case long distance and gave me the gift of being able to look in the mirror without cringing. I feel normal again after so many years and can go to the gym without being overwhelmed with being self-conscious.

Thanks for treating me like I was your only patient – talking with me on the phone and responding to my emails personally. You are an amazing doctor but even more an amazing man that blesses many. I was having second thoughts about going through with the surgery because this was my 10th one. However, when I found out you did not charge me for any of your work I felt like it was confirmation for me to go ahead as planned. Joe and I were overwhelmed! Your staff is great and so accommodating coming in from out of town.
