Dear Dr. Bucky,

I’m writing to you to share a wonderful experience I had with one of your aestheticians, Joanna Pinkerton. I recently had a full face Erbium Laser treatment performed by Joanna in your Washington Square office. During my consultation in your Ardmore office, Joanna explained the procedure in detail, including the post-operative period and what my immediate discomfort level would be. We also discussed realistic expectations and alternative treatments to meet my goals. Joanna – and all of your staff, for that matter- made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. They are all so down-to-earth and it’s obvious that their goal is for each patient to leave your office as a happy, well-informed patient that is confident that their procedure will be performed by an experienced professional using the latest technology. I felt all of that as I left my consultation, but the best feeling I had during this whole process was when Joanna contacted me the afternoon after my procedure “just to check on me and see how I was feeling.” Even though I was perfectly fine, she contacted me EVERY day, even on the weekend, just to see how I was doing…who does that anymore?! I am very pleased with the outcome and plan to have Joanna recommend a skin care regime on my next post-op visit in Ardmore. I know she’s the expert! I love going to the Ardmore office because I have such a great time and I ALWAYS leave there looking younger than when I arrive – thanks also to Lisa and her magic with injectibles! She gave me cheeks that make me look 10 years younger…she is amazing!

You are very blessed to have such caring professionals working with you. I shall continue to recommend you and your staff to everyone.
