On the heels of his return from performing live surgery at the 2015 Baker Gordon Symposium, we are pleased to announce that Dr. Louis P. Bucky, our board certified plastic surgeon, is headed overseas to lecture at the upcoming “Plastic Surgery at the Red Sea” conference in Israel! Centered around facelift surgery and large volume fat grafting to the breasts, his presentations for the meeting are listed below.
“Aside from the fact that I’ve never participated in an aesthetic meeting in Israel, the great thing about Plastic Surgery at the Red Sea is that it really is an international meeting attended by plastic surgeons from all over the world,” states Dr. Bucky. “What’s particularly exciting for me is that the conference provides a different perspective about cosmetic surgery as opposed to simply hearing the ideologies of surgeons in the U.S., which is something I get to experience at many other conferences throughout the year.
“Ultimately, this international meeting provides the opportunity for broader exposure to a larger group of surgeons who may or may not do things the same way I do, which I think is always a better educational experience for me.”
About Plastic Surgery at the Red Sea
Hosted by the Israel Society for Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery, Plastic Surgery at the Red Sea is an international aesthetic and reconstructive symposium intended to promote continuing education among the world’s leaders in plastic surgery. The meeting is endorsed by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), and it is followed by the “ISAPS Course” put on by the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. The entire conference will take place in Eilat, Israel from March 11th – March 14th.
